Choosing Names for your newborn baby

The choice of names for your son or daughter can be overwhelming at first and you may not know what name to choose with all the new names that pop up every year. Don't fret you will pick a name just right for your baby.

How much thought do you put in choosing a name for your newborn baby? Do you go with the trendy or traditional name, a unique odd or strange name or the old fashion name, maybe you might be thinking of naming your sweet bundle of joy an old fashion name such as Karrie, Kalven, or a more trendy name such as Me'kari Dream, Royal Princess, Alaia Skai, or Kale Juniper .

With more meaningful and colorful words becoming popular new generation of parents are putting a new twist on names like North, Willow, Blue Ivy and Moroccan,.

When you think about naming your child are you thinking about the direct effect of the name you choose for your child? There are so many names to choose from, like defining names, cool names, distinguish names and names that are powerful. Prince Baron, Ava Makayla, Henderson Duncan are a few powerful names that standout.

Names for twins such as Tiffany and Timothy, Markell and Marcus, I like Kendall and Kennedy for twin girls which can be unisex names for boys also. There are names which may sound odd to us, I would like to call them creative names like Moxie Crimefighter,  Pamper Blue, and Tenace Jones.

Whichever name you choose for your child in this ever changing world of traditional, odd and trendy names give your baby a name you adore.

Gift Ideas for Your Clients

How to Attract More Clients

A Gift of Love is a Gift Worth Giving

Here are five tips for choosing the best gifts for both buyer and seller clients and building stronger relationships with your clients, giving your client a gift for doing business with you attracts repeat business in a larger circle and opens the door to who your past clients may have access to. You have to think outside the box and use your creative imagination, because choosing gifts and having events for a clients can be a little tricky.

Below are some suggestions on how you can show your appreciation and give a gift your clients will love coming from you. It's time to move away from traditional gifts everyone else give like flowers, knives or door mats start thinking about sending a gift maybe on their anniversary of when they purchased their home or other life events which maybe important to them.

1. Gifts for the pets & furry children

Every pet owner treat their furry pets like their children, giving your clients a gift for their furry children like adorable doggy/kitty gift basket filled with delicious healthy snacks and treats along with well made toys or their own little personalized house will have your client in love with your services.

2. Memorable & Lifetime Gifts

Giving a gift that will last a lifetime and fits the interest of the client is always a excellent gift to give.  Choose a gift which resembles the client lifestyle not what interests you or what you like.
A memorable gift is more treasured by the recipient and they will be more receptive to refer you to friends and family. Something like a welcome sign for the front door or a plaque with the family name, a nice holiday wreath for the front door they can use year after year are sweet simple gifts which could be awesome to give to a client.

3. Outside the Box
Give your client a gift which has a "Wow" factor, exciting over the top something they will always remember when they think of you or come in contact with you.

Extraordinary is better than ordinary, there are gifts you can personalize for them and give them something they can use for a lifetime. Such as towel cakes, vases and handcrafted gifts are great to give to clients, they are better than ordinary and the client can use them for a lifetime.

4. Branded Gifts

As much as you may want to give your client your a branded gift with your logo or message on it don't do it, the gift you are giving is about them and congratulating them on making a purchase from you, they have used your services and done business with you, take the moment to treat them like a friend not a client.
No matter how many promotional/ branded gifts you give out, you  receive clients and  retain clients by the work you do, like being attentative to your client needs, following up with them or answer important questions they may have. Adding a clever note to the back of a picture frame, or including a nice handwritten card are half way points of giving good gifts. You want them to remember your personality, not just the nice things you gave them.

5. Client Appreciation Events
The best thing you can do for your business to attract clients and keep them is to focus on growing the relationships you have with your clients and future clients. You should see everyone as a potential client or a referral source, you never know who may be in the market to buy. Most business are referred by word of mouth anyway and the sooner see your self as as a marketer who brands their business by building relationships 80% of  your business will come from people you know.

Sometimes it’s the simple gifts a person love and treasure like a lovely handmade throw blanket with personal pictures on it, a favorite cookie or cake recipe in a mason jar, a journal with added accents or engraved name on it. A gorgeous towel cake made with a set of beautiful bath towels adorned with the perfect accessories could be the prettiest gift ever for someone who may have recently moved into their new place.
